My name is Ben, and I have been living in Adelaide for about 4 years.
I am originally from the outer northern suburbs of Melbourne, where I studied Visual Arts at the Northern College of Arts and Technology in 2014.
After moving to Adelaide in 2020, I worked in print finishing for a few years before I enrolled in TAFE SA, at the Adelaide College of the Arts to study a Diploma of Graphic Design in 2023.
AC Arts opened my eyes to a whole new world, and was the perfect place to engage and connect with other students and likeminded people through opportunities like industry talks, networking events, and further learning activities.
I extended my study for another year, and completed the Advanced Diploma at the end of 2024. I am excited to break into the industry and am looking forward to keep learning through experience.
I try and split my spare time between Adelaide and Melbourne, which usually involves me lugging all of my film photography gear with me. Even though I have new roots in South Australia, I love of not being limited to either Adelaide or Melbourne, as I call both cities home.
